A-Channel Films In Our Studio

Early last week Houida Kassem and film crew were in our studio filming three - 3 minute segments for one of their upcoming morning shows. Houida and the producers of the show wanted to know all about our company and how we make our designer soaps. Of course, we were thrilled to show them. From what we understand - and this is only a guesstimate - the show should air on Friday November 14, 2008 between 6:00 am and 9:00 am. The show will air on the London, Windsor and Wingham portion of the A-Channel Network. I am going to try and get the original film recording for our records.

See Laurie, she's both producer and camera operator... see how's she's NOT filming... Kim and Houida
were supposed to do the shot in 3 minutes... they took 5-1/2 minutes... can you say "take two"

Take Two - still too long... oh well, they have some major editing to do... meanwhile, I'm standing in the
background wondering how on earth can they do this is 3 minutes...

Just so you understand [firstname] - while Kim is on camera, I'm washing up items for the next shoot

Oh yes, now we're almost into 2 hours of filming and it's getting hot in the studio... had to keep
the windows closed so there would be no sound from the waves of Lake Erie,
which is just behind our studio...

2-1/2 hours later... almost done... Notice a bit of an over pour?... The soap was running down the table
and onto the floor - but this was the final scene so Laurie did NOT shoot again...

It was a great experience understanding how filming a morning talk show works as well as recognizing all the skill both Houida and Laurie have. We do hope you are able to watch and learn a bit more about us and how your soaps are made by The Yellow Belly Frog Company...
